Objectives of

the Institute  

     

         The aim of Jayaraj Annapackiam C.S.I. Polytechnic is to provide  technical education to deserving students irrespective of caste and creed.   The Institution provides the students with  

a) the facilities and infrastructure   which shall be comparable  with the best   in the country. 

b) the opportunities to promote excellence in academic knowledge and social relevance

 c) the opportunities to maximize their individual potential through physical discipline, mental growth and the     nurturing of spiritual values.

d) To provide placements for outstanding students

From the PRINCIPAL

         This Institution is operated  and managed by the Tutocorin-Nazareth Diocese.  This Institution has started since 1996 September with an  intake of 100 students.

The main purpose of   establishing this college is   to raise professionals of high academic calibre and  unblemished  character grounded on a personal relationship with God who would be   well disciplined in their    realms of activity and have a  heart to care for their under    privileged brethren and sisters

         Mr.J.Chelladurai, President &   Secretary, Jayaraj Chelladurai   Trust, Madurai who is leading  Industrialist, Philanthropist    running technical Institutions  came forward to start up this Institute as this is  the most needy in this  area.  He holds up the sole  responsibility for  establishing this Institute  joining the hand with Tirunelveli Diocesan Trust  Association Management. A high level of discipline and  standard are maintained in the  Institution.  The college is   committed to excellence in imparting technical expertise   and managerial capabilities.

Salient Features

         Individual students are constantly counselled and trained by dedicated staff counsellors.

          Staff counsellors are available to the students at all times to provide wholesome advice, encouragement and support.

          Character building, integrity honesty in all dealings and a clean life style are the hallmarks of Jayaraj Annapackiam C.S.I. Polytechnic. They are integrated with the academic programmes and other curricular and co-curricular activities.  

 

 

Faculty  

          In consonance with the exalted objectives of Jayaraj Annapackiam C.S.I. Polytechnic the faculty comprises of a team of carefully selected and highly motivated persons, many of whom have a proven record of meritorious accomplishment to their credit. 

           Jayaraj Annapackiam C.S.I. Polytechnic encourage the faculty members to upgrade their qualification and good behaviour potential by sending them to technical Institutions for obtaining higher degrees, also to attend training programmes.

 

 

Hostel and other Facilities

          Institution offers excellent hostel facilities separately for both men and women.  Boy students are provided accommodation in 2 buildings with good facilities.  Girl students are provided in one Separate building.
